Last day at Taita Research Station

Today we ate breakfast at 8am. Then we were supposed to leave for Canon Kituri high school, but we were about half an hour late leaving.

At the school some students showed us the premises and then we gathered in the dining hall for introductions. We were then divided into groups (a pair of us and some students from there), we were supposed to be asking them questions related to our own researches but we ended up talking about lots of other stuff. Then we got lunch there and after that we left.

Back at the station we had some free time. We got dinner outside and had a party since this was the last day here. The food was tasty and then we got certificates for the trip. Petri got a diploma from us and then Jouko and Jaana preformed their own version of the skull caves ritual by spitting water on Petris feet. Then we students preformed, and in the end we all danced while Ken used buckets as drums. Then we just hung out. In the end we packed our bags.
