Day at the safari
Our day started with an early wake up at 5 o'clock. After breakfast our bus left towards Lumo safari at 6:30. We drove fast to be able to see lions before they go hiding. Luckily we managed to see a lion family! After we had taken lots of pictures and stayed quiet we began to look for another animals. We saw some birds and kudus.
We followed a map to a viewpoint where amazing view were in front of our eyes. From there we saw giraffes! Our trip qontinued and we drove near by the river. There was a herd of elephants eating some grass and one of the elephants was very close to our car. After a while we turned our way towards Lions Bluff where we ate lunch. The surroundings and the view was breathtaking. With full tummies we started our animal spotting again and with a good luck we saw lots of little monkeys! The temperature was very hot so we all were happy to go swimming in a pool after a long day. We stayed at the hotel a while before we went back to bus and towards Taita Hills.
